Refreshments are delivered in cooperation with Messenger a.s. and Motolinka.
Once the goods have been ordered, which is possible no earlier than 3 hours before the required delivery time, the transport information will be automatically transferred to the courier system. The food is made at the point of sale 1 hour before delivery therefore it is always as fresh as possible.
The order can be changed or cancelled at least 3 hours before delivery.
If you are in a city where we operate the system (currently Prague, Brno, Pilsen), but do not deliver to you – write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will find out whether we can extend the delivery zone to you.
If you are in a city where we do not currently provide the service, but you can find a Bageterie Boulevard here, do not give up hope. We will extend the service to all our branches in the shortest possible period.

We make deliveries from 8.00 am – 9.00 pm on working days, from 9.00 am – 9.00 pm at weekends and on Sundays.
You can change or cancel orders 3 hours at the latest before the selected time of delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to process later changes.

It is best to serve products immediately after accepting them. If you store them in a fridge for a short while, we recommend leaving them at room temperature before consuming them. If these are not packaged products, consume them on the day of delivery.
Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It will be best if you also attach photos of the delivered boxes. We will rectify the situation immediately.
We will send you an evaluation form several hours after the delivery. Please be as descriptive as possible so we can, of course, improve the service and make amends to the bad quality order.
We are just beginning and learning, so we ask for your understanding and patience. In short, we will be punctual just like a Swiss watch.
For operational reasons this is not possible at present. We have 3 types of boxes which will satisfy the appetite of the absolute majority of customers.
We want to deliver baguettes to you of the highest possible quality. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee this for baked baguettes. So we only offer fresh baguettes in our delivery service.
